Addalynn Ater

Addalynn Brooke Ater, 10 days old, passed away unexpectedly at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, on Sunday, September 4, 2022. She was born on Thursday, August 25, 2022, in Chillicothe, the daughter of Dustin M. Ater and Christina Doughty Yates, both of Frankfort.

In addition to her loving parents, Addalynn is survived by her maternal grandparents, Paul (Kelly) Doughty of Florida, paternal grandparents Ron (Carol) Ater of Frankfort, maternal great-grandparents, Keith (Pam) Kunze of Florida, paternal great-grandfather, Douglas Colburn Jr. of Chillicothe, siblings Lydia (Trenton) Yates, Keith Yates both of Frankfort, Connor Ater of Wellston, uncles Josh Ater of Frankfort, Zachary Doughty of Chillicothe, Zebulun Doughty of Columbus, and cousin Lily Ball of Frankfort. Addalynn was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Lester W. (Mary) Doughty, paternal great-grandparents, Floyd (Rosie) Ater, paternal great-grandmother Sherry Colburn, and aunt, Jane Doughty.

A gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 9 to 10am in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort. A funeral service will follow, with Pastor Shane Browning officiating. Addalynn will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort following the funeral.
