Axyl David Leo Fraker

Axyl David Leo Fraker, 1 month and 3 days old, was born in Chillicothe on Saturday, November 12, 2022, and was transferred to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Axyl passed from this life surrounded by his family at home on Thursday, December 15, 2022. He was the son of Jacob Fraker and Lynzee Turner, both of Greenfield.

Axyl is survived by his Mommy and Daddy, his maternal grandmother; Candi Lugo of Greenfield, his paternal grandfather; John Fraker of Greenfield, his maternal great- grandmothers; Mary Jane Miller of Greenfield and Dolores Fitzpatrick of Texas, one sister, Alejandra Turner at home, two aunts; Ana Lugo and Makayla Fraker of Greenfield, his uncles; Luke, Job, Jordan and Andrew Lugo. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, David Turner, and his maternal grandmother, Tammie VanDyke.

Axyl’s family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date. The ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield is serving the family.
