Barbara Ann Sterling Caulley 80 of Hillsboro died 8 am Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at her home. She was born August 27, 1934 in Cynthiana the daughter of the late Earl F. and Mildred M. Cameron Sterling. On July 5, 1952 she married Ralph S. Caulley, who survives.
Also surviving are four children, Sharon Cross of Newark, Janet (Jay) Johnson of Reform, AL, Kathryn (Toby) Craig of Fairborn and John Caulley of Fort Peirce, FL; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; brother, Richard (Mary) Sterling of Newark; close friend Sue Sears of Cincinnati and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and cousins.
In addition to her parents Barb was predeceased by a daughter, Beverly Ann Taylor, brother, Frank Sterling and son-in-law, Edwin Cross.
Barb was an accomplished self-taught needle worker, who cross-stitched and made clothes for her children.
Funeral services will be held 1 pm Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge. Burial will follow in the Cynthiana Cemetery. Friends may visit with Barb's family on Saturday from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
