Betty Mae Harris

Betty Mae Harris, 76, of Frankfort, died on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at the Wexner Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus. She was born on December 4, 1938 in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late Charles and Nora Mae Sherrick Shields.

Surviving are her children; Benjamin Harris of Columbus, GA, Rickey Harris of Chillicothe, Debbie Howard of Greenfield, Johnny Harris of Washington CH, Judy Dutchess of Washington CH, Jody Harris of Frankfort, Davie Harris and Charlie Harris both of Greenfield, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, her companion, Doug Wright of Frankfort and her special friend, Sharon Bryant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Harris and one daughter, Marie Scales.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 1 p.m. in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort with Kay Austin officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends can visit with the Harris family on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to the time of the service at the funeral home.
