Alfred "Bud" Knisley, 67, of Bainbridge, died unexpectedly Tuesday evening, July 20, 2010 at his home. He was born on October 26, 1942 in Pike County, the son of the late Alfred and Leona Knisley.
Surviving are his sisters; Ruth Stultz, Darlene Lansing, Shirley Hakes, Suzanna (Lawrence) Washburn, all of Greenfield, Maxine Mercer, Carol (Jack) Garen, of Hillsboro, Alice Ross of Venice FL, several nieces and nephews, a cousin; Eleanor (Wilbur) Bailey of Bradenton, FL, and his special friends at the Paxton Restaurant. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Maynard, Richard, and Eugene Knisley, 1 sister; Hope Thompson.
He had attended the Bainbridge Church of Christ in Christian Union.
Funeral service will be on Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 4pm in the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Bainbridge with Pastor Jeff Adams officiating. Burial will take place in Bainbridge Cemetery at a later date at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1 to 4 pm at the funeral home.
