Carl Albert Mahaney

Carl A. Mahaney, 78, of Frankfort, died on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was born on January 5, 1934 in Campbell County, Kentucky, the son of the late Leighton and Olio Hoess Mahaney. On June 4, 1988 he married the former Jean O'Hara who survives.

Also surviving are his children; Carla (Ron) Silverstein, Pam (Lee) Miller, Brian (Carol) Mahaney, Michelle Stuver, Rory (Kim) Mahaney, Sue Noel, former daughter-in-law; Francy Mahaney, 24 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and two more on the way, sister; Cheryle (Darrell) Baldwin, and brother; Tom (Debbie) Mahaney. He was preceded in death by his son; Mark Mahaney.

Carl was a member at After God's Heart Church, Chillicothe. He retired from Mead Paper Co., where he worked as a draftsman/designer.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 1 PM in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort with Pastor Dora Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 AM until the time of service.
