Charlotte Mae Cottrill

Charlotte Mae Cottrill age 74, entered Heaven's Glory on March 4, 2016. She was born August 14, 1941 in Ross County to the late Milton and Gladys Brown Shoemaker. On September 12, 1958 she married Robert Cottrill, who survives.

Also surviving are her three children, Jeffrey (Angie) Cottrill of Chillicothe, Richard (Angela) Cottrill of Waverly and Wade (Donna) Cottrill of Chillicothe; her nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, all whom she dearly loved. Very special friends and family to her were Deb, Allan, Betty, Buddy, Sue, Joe, Shannon, Mike and Bev.

She was preceded in death by her four brothers, Wesley, Walter, Roger and Albert Shoemaker.

Charlotte's family was the pinnacle of her world. On August 29, 2015 she soared to new heights and accepted the Lord as her Savior. She fought a good fight with her cancer and praised God all the way. Our dear mother, wife, grandmother and friend is not forever departed, but awaiting us in heaven!

Charlotte was a retired housekeeper from Adena Regional Hospital with over 25 years of service.

A graveside service will be held 10 am Tuesday, March 8, 2016 in the Twin Township Cemetery with Rev. Nathan Aber officiating. Charlotte's family will receive family and friends from 6 - 8 pm Monday at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge.
