Clyde David Brown

C. David Brown 79 of Bainbridge died Friday, December 1, 2017 at his home. He was born February 18, 1938 in Hazard, KY to the late Clyde Smith and Mary E. Kahmar Brown.

On December 22, 1968 he married Betty L. Brown, who survives. He is also survived by his children, Bridget C. (Tom) Holbert and Christian D. (Tirza) Brown; grandchildren, Natasha M. and Alexandra E. Holbert, Anthony M. and Sofia J. Brown; brother, Rev. Jon Brown; special nephew, Dr. Todd Brown; special friends, the late Dr. Norman Cutright, Cherry Miller and Denny Willis; and his caregivers, Heather Carter and Cathy Wagoner.

David retired from the Atomic Credit Union in 1999 and he was member of the Bainbridge United Methodist Church and an Army Veteran.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge with Pastor Matt Brookes officiating. Burial will follow in the Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may visit with Dave’s family from 5 to 8 pm Monday at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Paint Creek EMS 12500 US Rt. 50 Hillsboro, OH 45133. Arrangements will be completed soon.
