Coy Douglas Adams

Coy Douglas Adams, the infant son of Roy Adams and Stephanie Lazar of South Salem, was stillborn April 3, 2012 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe.

In addition to his parents Coy is survived by a sister, Racine Grim; grandparents, David and Debra Lazar and Hank and Janet Adams; great grandfather, Emmitt Hamlin, Sr.; aunts, Bobbie (Jerry) Way, April Lazar, Deborah and Angela Adams, and Cheri (Bruce) Carson; uncles, David and Tyler Lazar; cousins, Candice, Chloe and Karlee Way, Kayla and Derrick Carson and Danielle Adams.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Brenda Hamlin; and uncles, Eric and Brian Adams.

We the family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Linda Ross for all her care, love and support during our time of need; and the Adena Pediatric Staff for their comfort in a difficult time.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Saturday, April 7, 2012 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge with Troy Villars officiating. Burial will follow in the Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
