Danny L. Perkins

 Danny L. Perkins 78 formerly of Bainbridge went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from Legacy of Chillicothe. He was born August 22, 1946, in Hardin County the son of the late Daniel Boone and Imogene Marie (Wolfe) Perkins. On October 28, 1967, he married Dorothy Marie (Rhodes) Perkins who went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. He is survived by their children Lynn Maire Evans of Bainbridge, Rachel (Eric) Saunders of Beaver and Michael (Stacy) Perkins of Hillard; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters June Shaw and Joanne Throckmorton; brothers Daniel Boone Perkins, Jr., Robert Perkins, Rick Perkins; along with several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents and wife, Danny was preceded in death by a son-in-law Rodney Evans; three sisters and four brothers.

Danny was an Army Veteran and when able he attended the Pine Top Church of Christ in Christian Union. He also enjoyed fishing and watching Cincinnati Reds baseball, Ohio State buckeye football and the Cincinnati Bengals. 

Graveside services will be held 1 pm Friday, September 20, 2024, in the Cynthiana Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Adams officiating. There will be no visitation.
