David Jackman

David O. Jackman, 61, of Greenfield, died on Friday, July 2, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.  He was born on Saturday, August 29, 1959 in Chicopee, MA , the son of Jimmy Dale and Betty J. Bartley Jackman. He is survived by his mother, Betty J. Jackman of Greenfield, five sisters, Michelle Hyer of Greenfield, Cynthia (Tony) McBee of Leesburg, Stephenie (Jeffrey) Jury of Greenfield, Jacquline (Kevin) Peacock of Bar Harbor, ME and Marlena Jo (Shannon) Monroe of Punta Gorda, FL, one brother, Branden (Amber) Jackman of Hillsboro and an uncle, Donald Bartley of Greenfield. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Dale Jackman. David was a veteran of the US Army. He had worked as a millwright at Cork Company in Hillsboro. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 5 p.m. in the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield. Military honors will be accorded by the Concerned Veterans of Greenfield. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial of the cremains will be at the convenience of the family in Greenfield Cemetery.
