David Michael Kellough 68, of Bainbridge died Friday, September 14, 2012 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born October 15, 1943 in Middletown, OH the son of the late Luther J. and Helen L. Davidson Kellough. On October 28, 1961 he married Donna Mark who preceded him in death March 13, 2002.
Dave is survived by his children, Debra (Dave) Nakano of Trumbull, CT, Daniel (Kyna) Kellough of Grove City, Diane (Chris) Crabtree of Waverly and Denise Kellough of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Jessica and Matthew Nakano, Lindsey (Josh) Burgett, David Kellough, Sarah, Wyatt and Morgan Crabtree, Colton and Kendi Branscomb; great granddaughter, Kamryn Burgett; sister Shirley (Richard) Longo of Springfield; brother, Ed (Vicki) Kellough of Watkinsville, GA and special friends, Todd and Melody Young and Pam Mustard.
In addition to his parents and wife, Dave was preceded in death by a son, David M. Kellough, Jr. and a sister, Betty Fink.
Dave retired from Mead after 37 yrs of service. He loved refinishing guitars and took great pleasure in remodeling his home and his children's homes. He was an avid handyman. Dave loved to travel and was always looking forward to his next trip.
Pap, as his grandchildren called him, loved to play with them from play hunting to building snowmen, he enjoyed it all.
Funeral services will be held 11am Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at the Bainbridge United Methodist Church with Pastor Matt Brookes officiating, Burial will follow in the Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 pm Tuesday at the church and from 9 am until the time of the service Wednesday at the church. The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
