Deanna R. Williams

Deanna R. Williams, 82, of Waverly, died on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born on Sunday, November 13, 1938, in Jackson County, the daughter of the late Walter V. and Ruth Frisby Shook.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Williams of Waverly, their children, Rhonda Cozart of Texas, Brenda Greenberg of South Carolina, Trevor Williams of Wisconsin, two stepchildren, Charles E. Williams and Vickie Deyak of Ohio, her sister, Juanita Newnes of Merseyside, England. Deanna was preceded in death by one son, Brian Williams and two stepsons, Robert and Roger Williams.

Deanna’s family is honoring her wishes that a green burial be held. She will be buried in Glen Forest Natural Burial Cemetery at Yellow Springs, Ohio. No funeral service or visitation will be held. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort was in charge of the burial. Deanna supported the Humane Society for many years.
