Debra Lynn Flesher

Debra L. Flesher, 61, of Frankfort died at 12:41 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born on November 11, 1951 in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late Frances and Evelyn Hunt Fair. On August 31, 1994 she married Richard Flesher who preceded her in death on Jan. 31, 2004.

Surviving are three sons, John Parsons of Youngstown OH, Todd (Kim Hawk) Parsons of Williamsport, Chad (Nicole Hess) Johnson of Frankfort, step-daughter Amber Province of Frankfort, ten grandchildren, three sisters, Rosemary Martin of Chillicothe, Patricia Claytor of Richmondale, and Joan Woolum of Chillicothe. She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Private burial will be held.
