Dixie Lee Dalton

Dixie Lee Dalton 65, of Greenfield died Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at her residence. She was born March 21, 1947 in Pike County the daughter of Glenna Hatfield Dalton Deaton and the late William Dalton.

In addition to her mother she is survived by longtime friend and soul mate, Donald Bartley; two sons, Donald W. Leeth of Greenfield and Ted D. Leeth of Chillicothe; 5 grandchildren and one great grandchild; sister, Teresa Lynn Dewine of Greenfield; brothers, Daniel Keith Dalton of Bainbridge, Arthur Wayne and William Dennis Dalton both of South Salem; stepbrother, Gary Deaton of Springfield; best friend Mary Jo Harrgett of Hillsboro.

Dixie was a member of the American Legion Post 14 of Bainbridge and the AMVETS Post 61 of Hillsboro.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Sunday, September 23, 2012 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge with Rev. Dennis Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in the Rhoads Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 - 8 pm Saturday at the Funeral Home.
