Doris Evelyn McQuiniff

Doris E. McQuiniff, 94, of Washington Court House, died at 8:28 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2018, at Four Seasons of Washington Court House. She was born on February 24, 1924 in Ross County, the daughter of the late Ben K. and Esta Sowers McQuiniff.

Doris is survived by one sister, Norma Jean (Don) Dawson, and one brother, Joseph McQuiniff, both of Washington Court House, five nephews, three nieces, and twelves great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one nephew, George McQuiniff.

Doris was a 1942 graduate of Frankfort High School. She worked at G.C. Murphy, Washington Court House until the store closed. Doris was a member of the Austin United Methodist Church.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, with Pastor Neil Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends and family are invited to visit with the McQuiniff family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Heartland Hospice, 116 Morris Rd, Suite C, Circleville OH 43113.
