Dr. Robert W. Birch, PhD

Dr. Robert W. Birch, PhD, 87, of Frankfort, died on Friday morning, November 3, 2023, at his home. He was born November 24, 1935, in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of the late Harold and Helen Fulton Birch.

Bob is survived by his wife, Susan, two sons: Joel (Theresa) Birch of Columbus, OH and Brad Birch of Colorado Springs, CO, one daughter: Becky (Scarlett O’Rourke) Birch of Colorado Springs, CO, one stepdaughter: Christy (Bob) Owens of Frankfort and one stepson: Michael (Linda) Hurless of Frankfort, OH, and eight grandchildren. 

Dr. Birch completed his studies for his PhD Degree at The Ohio State University, Michigan State University and the University of Wisconsin. He was a psychologist in private practice for thirty-eight years. He retired in 2000. He was a US Army veteran having served his country in Korea. 

 In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated with no public services held. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort is serving the family.
