Edward L. Demoss

Edward L. Demoss, Jr., 81, of Jamestown, died at 9:32am, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Greenfield. He was born on Monday, December 29, 1941, in Colmar, Illinois, the son of the late Edward L. and Geneva McLain Demoss. On March 31, 2006, he married Margie Buchwalter, and she survives.

Also surviving are his children, Amanda (Lionel) Perry of Australia, Edward Warner of Orient, David (Jennifer) Warner of Jamestown, Greta (Tom) Ocasio of Circleville, Paula (Alain) Charles of California, grandchildren, Gemma, Brooklyn, Taylor, Abby, Braylin, Conner, Greyson, Nadege, Jacques, Antoine, Cataley, two great-grandchildren, sister, Nancy, brother, David, brother-in-law, David (Mendy) Buchwalter of Lynchburg. He was preceded in death by a sister, Kaye, and brother, Gene.

Edward was a veteran of the United States Air Force and he served during the Vietnam Conflict. He earned his Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work in Behavioral Health and worked as an Emergency Clinician at Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation.

Edward's family would like to thank the staff of Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for their loving care during his stay.

In keeping with Edward's wishes he will be cremated, and no services will be held. The ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
