Elizabeth May "May" Murray

Elizabeth May Murray, 85, of Chillicothe, died at 11:28 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016, at Valley View Alzheimers Care Center, Frankfort. She was born on October 15, 1930 in Campton, KY, the daughter of the late Elmer and Eva Tolson Lykins. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lawrence E. Wipert and Edward Murray.
She is survived by one daughter, Glenda DeWitt of Springfield, OH, one son, Kenny (Sue) Wipert of Chillicothe, seven grandchildren; William DeWitt, Kelly Haney, Tonya Knapp, Kevin Wipert, Keith Wipert, Tina Bowling and Teresa Penrod, numerous great and great-great grandchildren, two sisters; Joyce Richhart of Chillicothe, Avanell Duffy of Califonia, one brother; Herman Lykins of Oregon. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
May had attended the Pleasant Valley Christian Union Church.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016 in the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge with Pastor Lou Watson officiating. Burial will follow in the Twin Township Cemetery, Bourneville. Friends may visit with the May's family on Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
