Ernestine "Teen" Osborn

Ernestine "Teen" Louise Osborn, 82, of Frankfort, died at 11:15 p.m. on March 4, 2014, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born on July 9, 1931, in Stockdale, the daughter of the late William Mason and Ruby Mae Cash Smith. On October 7, 1952 she married Charles W. Osborn and he preceded her in death on May 9,1980.

Surviving are her sisters; Dorothy McAfee of Richmond Dale, Marie Moore of Beaver, Connie (Neil) LaVeck of Amanda, brother; Larry J. (Pauline) Smith of Amanda, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Gary L. Osborn, sisters Linda Smith and Jean (Milton) Posey, brother, William Jr. (Elizabeth) Smith, and brothers-in-law, John McAfee and James Moore.

Ernestine was a graduate of Southeastern High School, and a member of the Frankfort American Legion Auxiliary and the Ross County Senior Citizens.

In keeping with Teen's wishes, private burial will take place at the convenience of the family and no calling hours will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Frankfort American Legion Post 483, PO Box 4, Frankfort OH 45628 or the Ross County Senior Citizens, 1824 Western Ave, Chillicothe OH 45601.
