Farrell T. Willis

Farrell T. Willis 99 of Bainbridge passed away 8 pm Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at his home. He was born April 19, 1917 at home in Austin, Ohio, the first of seven children, to the late Dane T. and Etta Bell Willis. On November 1, 1940 he married Rozella Polk who passed away February 15, 2004.

He is survived by his son Denney T. (Patricia Griffin) Willis of Tuscan, Arizona; two grandsons, Joshua Willis and Adam (Jennifer) Willis; four great grandchildren, Noah, Ava, Luke and Griffin Willis; sister, Mary Ann Willis Torres of Toledo, OH; brothers, Don (Mary Helen Woods) Willis of Highland, OH and Dane T. (Janet Van Dyke) Willis of Circleville, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Catherine Knicely and brothers, Jack and Joe Willis.

Farrell was a retired farmer, a member of the Farm Bureau, member of the Leesburg Friends Church, and a 69 year member of the Bainbridge Lodge 196 Free and Accepted Masons.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge, with Pastor Matt Brookes officiating. Burial will follow in the Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may visit with Farrell's family from 6-8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
