Geraldine Blazer

Geraldine R. Blazer 78 of Chillicothe died 11:55 pm Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at her home. She was born December 21, 1934 in Ross County the daughter of the late Virgil E. and Maxine Miller Penrod.

She is survived by her husband of 54yrs Forrest E. Blazer; children, Tracey Blazer and Steven Penrod; stepchildren, Eddie Blazer and Teresa Blazer; grandchildren, Christina, Melanie, Harley, Tabby and Tiffany; great granddaughter, Macie; half-sisters, Sandy, Treva, Cherry and Melinda; half-brothers, Michael, Eddie, Billy and Corey; several nieces and nephews including special nephews, Virgil and Marcus Penrod.

She was predeceased by a brother, Virgil Wayne Penrod.

Geraldine was a member of the Happy Valley Church of Christ in Christian Union and she loved to sew.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Monday, December 23, 2013 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge with Pastor Ron Cottrill officiating. Burial will follow in the Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 3-6 pm Sunday at the Funeral Home.
