Glen R. “Silky” Sullivan, Jr., 58, of Chillicothe, passed from this life, Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born on November 21, 1958 in Zanesville, the son of Glen R. Sullivan, Sr. and Carol Marlene White.

He is survived by his father; Glen (Cathy) R. Sullivan, Sr. of Columbus, brother; Gary (Ann) Sullivan of Frankfort, nephews; Garret Sullivan, Mitchell (Amanda) Sullivan, Hans Hawk, Jamie (Christy) Hawk, special sister; Marilyn (Fred) Hawk of Chillicothe, great nieces; Sydnee and Kaitlyn. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Marlene Sullivan.

Glen was a 1976 graduate of Chillicothe High School, and later joined the United States Navy. He was a man that lived life on his own terms. He enjoyed being with his family, sports, and good food.

In keeping with Glen’s wishes, cremation will take place. The Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort is serving the family.
