Goldie Stith

Goldie Stith 95, of Bourneville went to be with her Lord 6 pm Friday, July 5, 2013 from Westmoreland Place, Chillicothe. She was born February 27, 1918 in Quincy, KY, the daughter of the late Grant and Pearl Evans Broughton. In 1934 she married Jerome Russell Stith who passed from this life January 1, 1999.

Goldie is survived by her children, Bob (Emma) Stith and Wanda (David) Myers all of Bourneville and Nancy Loraine Hodge and Louise (Leonard) Lee all of Galion, OH; 11 grand, 17 great grand and 12 great great grandchildren; brother, James (Barb) Broughton of Troy, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.

Goldie was a lifelong member of the Bourneville Christian Union Church, where the funeral service will be held at 11 am Tuesday, July 9, 2013 with Rev. David Maughmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 pm Monday at the Church. There will be a gathering at the Church following the funeral service.
