Harold Crouch
Harold Crouch, 90, of Greenfield died 5:15 am Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Edgewood Manor, Greenfield. He was born May 6, 1923 in Owingsville, KY the son of the late Walter and Anna Mary Stone Crouch. On February 14, 1953 he married Mary Elizabeth Dressel, his wife of 60 years, who survives.
He is also survived by five children, Anna Beth Wynn of Ludlow, KY, Crystal Crouch of Erlanger, KY, Carol (Rick) Anderson of Cincinnati, Paul (Cheryl) Crouch of Sabina and Karen (Mark) Hammons of Hamilton; 11 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; a brother, James P. Crouch of Greenfield and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Crouch of Greenfield.
In addition to his parents Harold was preceded in death by his sisters, Opal Crouch and Walter Mae (Clyde) Butler; brother, Clifford Crouch and sister-in-law, Ruth Crouch.
Harold was an Army Veteran of WW II, a Dairy farmer for many years, a 46 year Colon Cancer survivor, a handyman and a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be held 1 pm Monday, January 27, 2014 at the Greenfield Church of Christ with Danny Dodds and Bill Requardt officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 6 pm Sunday at the church.
In lieu of flowers contribution can be made to the Greenfield Church of Christ or Heartland Hospice.
