The last call of "All Aboard" came for Harry on Friday January 25, 2013, at 5:30 a.m.
Harry was born on February 12, 1931 in Frankfort, Ohio to the late Jesse Leonard and Audra Irene (Cole) Robinson. He graduated from Frankfort High School in 1950.
Upon graduation, Harry enlisted in the United States Air Force serving in Germany during the Korean Conflict. 1951 - 1955 Airman First - Regular Air Force, Harry received the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and Occupational Medal (Germany).
The B&O Railroad was Harry's first career choice in 1955. He began as a brakeman and worked his way up to conductor. He retired in 1989 with 36 years of service from CSX after the closure of the B&O line in Chillicothe, Ohio.
The Huntington National Bank Chillicothe, Ohio was Harry's second career as the courier for the 2 branch offices and the main office at the corner of Paint & Main St. Harry was the last of the couriers for The Huntington's in the state of Ohio. He loved the task he handled and all the friends that he made during his 15 years.
Harry married Martha B. Johnson on June 16, 1956. They celebrated their 55th anniversary and Harry expressed many times how lucky he was to have such a loving and caring wife. From this union they have two daughters, Vickie L. (Shawn) Klattenhoff of Las Vegas, Nevada and Cindy L. (Tracy) Stevens of Chillicothe, Ohio. He was blessed with 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. Jeffery Court (Angie) Landrum, Great-Granddaughter Katelyn, Chillicothe, Ohio, Jonathan L. (Blayne) Stevens, Great-Grandchildren, Lantz and Ryker, Kingston, Ohio and Kathryn Stevens, Great Grandson Jayden, Frankfort, Ohio.
Siblings: Joyce L. Bowman, Urbana, Ohio, Ronald (Ruth) Robinson, Cadiz, Kentucky and Dorothy L. Summers, Frankfort, Ohio. Harry also had many nieces and nephews.
He was a member of Ross County Post 62, Frankfort Lodge No. 0309, Lodge of the Free & Accepted Masons, Life member Ross County Shrine Club, Chillicothe, Ohio, 32nd degree Member of Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, Ohio

Harry loved Railroading and he volunteered at the little Red Caboose at the top of Yoctangee Park. He assisted with making a video for the caboose to share his railroad stories.
One of his greatest loves was being a part of his daughter's families and sharing all the special time that he spent with them. He lost his beagle "Lizzy" last year and she was a great friend during his retiring years. He loved spending time hunting & fishing with the boys, spending time at Court's motorcycle races and Jonathan's car racing. Kathryn was special being the one and only girl, All Star cheerleading and a playing softball at the park growing up and her High School Runner up Softball Championship.
He was a Great Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Think of him when you see that train a coming or that train whistle blowing.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 30, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort, Ohio with Pastor Brent Rolsten officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, Ohio where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 29, 2013 with Masonic service at 7:30 p.m.
