Jack L. Lemaster, 77, of Washington Court House, died at Adena Fayette Medical Center, Washington Court House, on Sunday, October 20, 2024. He was born on April 15, 1947, in Frankfort, a son of the late Roscoe and Emma Fultz Lemaster.
He is survived by his four children, David Lemaster of Circleville, Jackie (Shawn) Lewis of Kingsland, Georgia, JR (Melissa) Lemaster of Washington Court House, Deana Lemaster of South Carolina, nine grandchildren, Jonathan, Tiearea, Madison, Samantha, Shawna, Tanner, Hailey, Bentley, Jayden, five great-grandchildren, Jack Jr., Alichi, Vanzel, Sigurd, Layla, one sister, Paulette Warner of Chillicothe, one brother, James (Rhonda) Lemaster, one brother-in-law, Jim Kendall of Chillicothe, and numerous nephews, a niece, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Mary Kendall, one brother, Don Lemaster, and one brother-in-law, Dennis Warner.
Jack was a 1965 graduate of Frankfort High School. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Jack worked construction throughout the Chillicothe and Ross County area. He enjoyed fishing, watching races at 35 Raceway, watching his grandchildren in their sporting events, and later in life enjoyed playing BINGO, chess, and other games at Court House Manor.
A funeral service for Jack will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 1 p.m. in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Family and friends may visit with Jack’s family from 11 a.m. at the funeral home on Thursday until the time of the service. Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home to assist the family in paying funeral cost.
