James Oakley Brewster, Sr.

James Oakley Brewster, Sr. 68 of Chillicothe passed from this life Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born July 11, 1948 in Pike County the son of the late Warren Nute and Mary Conley Brewster.

He is survived by his wife Rosemary Helms Brewster; sons, Jim, Orville and Daran Brewster; 3 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Elsie, Blanche and Marguerite; 3 brothers, Jimmy, Paul and Frank; sister-in-law, Gracie (Shawn) Stafford; and good friends, Mollie and Shawn Murray.

James was preceded in death by a daughter Barb Brewster and a brother, Danny.

James will be laid to rest near his daughter in Storm Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours or services observed.
