James R. Noble, 77, of Clarksburg, died Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 3:45 p.m. at Traditions of Chillicothe. He was born on Sept. 12, 1933 in Ross County, OH, the son of the late John W. and Norine Chaney Noble. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Lois Ann Steinbrook on April 23, 1993.
He is survived by his children; Debbie Miner of Clarksburg, Toni (Mark) Schein of Williamsport, Chuck Noble of Miami, FL, Cindy (Mark) Hauserman of Clarksburg, five grandchildren; Glenda Miner, Traci Wilson, George Schein, Logan and Trever Hauserman, three great grandchildren; Clara, Maggie and Mark Wilson. He was preceded in death by one sister, Iris Talcott and one brother, George Noble.
Jim was a 1951 graduate of Clarksburg High School. He retired from the Farm Center at Chillicothe Correctional Institute. He was a fifty year member of the Frankfort Masonic Lodge 309 - Free and Accepted Masons.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 11a.m. in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, FRANKFORT with Rev. Michael Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Brown's Chapel Cemetery, Clarksburg.
