Jane McQuiniff

Jane McQuiniff, 80, of Frankfort, died at 12:34 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2014 at Vineyards at Concord. She was born on November 27, 1933 in Ross County to the late Otis and Emma Schoonover Parker. On April 19, 1954, she married Joseph "Joe" McQuiniff, and he survives. They had recently just celebrated their 60th anniversary.

Also surviving are her children; Judy (Tim) Givens of Frankfort, Joe (Debbie) McQuiniff of Clarksburg, Charles (Debbie) McQuiniff of Frankfort, grandchildren; Andrew (Jen) and Ben (Mandy) Givens, Ashley (Brad) Rowland, Joey (Sara) McQuiniff, Kristin McQuiniff, Stephen McQuiniff, Brice McQuiniff, Taylor McQuiniff, great-grandchildren; Emilee and Blake Givens, and two more on the way. sisters; Evelyn (Kenneth) DeWitt of Clarksburg, Ann Moehring of Columbus, Sue (Phil) Schenk of Thornville, Phyllis Nance of Piketon, brothers; Wayne Parker, Neil (Vicki) Parker both of Frankfort, Scott Parker of Lancaster, sisters-in-law; Doris McQuiniff and Norma (Don) Dawson both of Washington Court House. She was preceded in death by one son; George McQuiniff.

Jane was a 1951 graduate of Frankfort High School. She was also a member of the Austin United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School, was a Youth Leader, and was part of the Women's Club. Jane was also part of the Wilmington and Chillicothe Emmaus Teams, part of the Austin Garden Club, and a past member of the Ross County Farm Bureau Board. Jane loved spending time with her grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11a.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort with Pastor Neil Foster officiating. Friends may visit with the McQuiniff family on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m..
