Jane Wilburn

E. Jane Wilburn, 77, of Clarksburg, died at 9:50 a.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at her home. She was born February 10, 1933 to the late Ruth (Bob) Edwards and Harold Anderson. She married Wayne Wilburn in January 15, 1952 and he preceded her in death in on April 7, 2011.

Jane was the mother of 5 children; Bobbie (Myron) Garrison, Roger (Pam) Wilburn both of Clarksburg, Mike (Debbie) Wilburn of Frankfort, Jay P. Wilburn (deceased), and Jarrod D. Wilburn of Clarksburg, she was the grandmother of; Richie (Sarah) Garrison, Eric (Ashley) Wilburn, Emily (Jason) Grooms, Erin (Brady) Ratzlaff, Michelle (Fred) Dewitt, and Amy Wilburn, great grandmother of; Courtney, Hope, Megan, Samantha, Tyler, Rylan, Brynn, Aidan, Jackson, Hayden, Scarlett, Braelyn, Mia, Ila, and one on the way. She was also preceded in death by brothers; Wendell, Harold, and Jerry Anderson, sister; Patsy Anderson, and best friend; Ruth Reisinger.

Jane was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She served on the Deerfield Township Fire and Squad as an EMT while her husband, Wayne, was the fire chief. Jane was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, a devoted fan to NASCAR and Mark Martin, enjoyed playing bingo, but above all she was always a loving mother and devoted caregiver to her husband.

In keeping with Jane's wishes cremation will take place. A graveside memorial service will be held in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 1, 2013. with Evelyn Bott oficiating. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Deerfield Township Fire and EMS, PO BOX 19, Clarksburg, OH 43115.
