Jason Duane Huffman

Jason D. Huffman, 34, of Sabina, died unexpectedly on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Miami Valley Medical Center, Dayton. He was born on October 28, 1980 in Ross County, the son of Rick and Susan Moss Huffman. On August 11, 2013 he married the former Melissa Morris, who survives.

Also surviving are his father, Rick (Marsha) Huffman of Wilmington, mother, Susan (Mark) Storer of Frankfort, children, Brayden and Kelcie Huffman of Baltimore OH, sister, Sandra Huffman Lowman of Rocky Mount NC, step sister, Melissa Carpenter of Jamestown, brother, Jeremy (Meghan) Huffman of Decatur OH, step brother, Shane Carpenter of Wilmington, father-in-law, Ronnie (Myra) Morris Sr. of Sabina, mother-in-law, Paula (James) Willett Jr. of Wilmington, step-grandparents, Ron (Jeannie) Storer, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and special friends, Paco Thompson, Brant Stinson, and Mikey Gallaugher. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wilburn and Wilma Huffman, and maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Dora Moss Jr. and one nephew, Marque R. Lowman.

Jason was a 2000 graduate of the Adena High School, Frankfort. He worked in welding and construction for the Seaman Construction Company in Sabina. Jason was a loyal member of the Moose Lodge 734 of Sabina.

A funeral service will be held at 11a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort. Burial will follow in Brown's Chapel Cemetery, Clarksburg. Friends may visit with the Huffman family at the funeral home on Monday from 5 to 8p.m..
