Hillsboro- Jaylon M. Stauffer was born Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Highland District Hospital and he died Friday, January 13, 2012 in Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
Jaylon is survived by his father and mother, Kurtis W. and Ellen S. Stauffer; brother, Kendall M. Stauffer; sisters, Krista and Karlene Stauffer; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Julia Stauffer; maternal grandparents, Glenn and Donna Martin; paternal great grandmother, Lizzie Mae Weaver; maternal great grandmothers, Eva S. Martin and
Ellen B. Sensenig; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be held 2 pm Monday, January 16, 2012 at the Stauffer Mennonite Chuch. Burial will follow in the Stauffer Mennonite Church Cemetery.
