Jerrilyn Maloy

Jerrilyn Maloy, 74, of Clarksburg, died unexpectedly on September 17, 2024 at her home. She was born on Monday, July 3, 1950, in Washington CH, a daughter of Joe Martin and the former Marilyn Bishop. On April 28, 1973 she married Michael J. Maloy, who preceded her in death on October 21, 2014.

Jerrilyn is survived by her mother, Marilyn Oliver of Washington CH, two sons, Michael (Anna) Maloy of Guthrie OK, Chris (Lori) Maloy of Hillard, five grandchildren, one great-grandchild on the way, one brother, Randy Martin of Washington CH, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe, and her step-father, Melvin Oliver.

Jerrilyn was a 1968 graduate of Adena High School, and worked as a meat packer at Sugar Creek Meats, Washington CH. She attended Clarksburg United Methodist Church, and was an advisor for the Clarksburg Jolly Feeders 4H Club.

A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Friday, December 13, 2024, in Brown's Chapel Cemetery with Rev. David Yinger officiating. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ross County Fair Junior Fair Building Fund Attn: Swine Barn, 475 Western Ave, Suite F, Chillicothe OH 45601.
