Jimmie "Jimbo" Taylor

Jimmie “Jimbo” Taylor 70 of Cynthiana passed from this life Sunday, January 22, 2023 at his home. He was born Friday, December 19, 1952 in West Liberty, KY to the late Letcher Elwood and Ruby Catherine (Jenkins) Taylor. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Annie Wagoner Taylor; stepson Davey Nevin; sisters Norma Jean and Carolyn Taylor; brothers Billy and Letcher Taylor and nephews Jimmy and Anthony Taylor.

Jimbo is survived by a step granddaughter Taylor Nevin; sisters Veronica Jenkins and Betty Lou (David) Kinnison; brothers Terry (Carolyn) Taylor and Danny (Nancy) Taylor; 8 nephews and a very close uncle, Larry Jenkins.

He was a graduate of Western High School and he was a hard worker. Jimbo was a homebody where he enjoyed watching westerns and taking care of his pet pig. He also had attended the Cynthiana CCCU.

In respecting Jimbo’s wishes no services will be held and he will be interred in the Cynthiana Cemetery at the family’s convenience.
