Joan D. Amole

Joan D. Amole 82, of Bainbridge died 1:55 am Wednesday, November 09, 2011 at Maple View Manor, Bainbridge. She was born March 2, 1929 in Bainbridge the daughter of the late Ira and Anna Fritz Amole.
Joan is survived by a great nephew, Michael (Bev) Hedrick of Chillicothe; great niece, Joan Lee Duffey of Galena; great great nieces, Kristy (Josh) Anderson and Brianna (Jason) Mettler both of Chillicothe; great great great niece Lilah Anderson and great great great nephews Lane and Trent Mettler.
She was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Iris J. and Hugh S. Hedrick and a nephew, Robert N. Hedrick.
Joan was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, she retired after 43 years, from the Hedrick Drugstore and the Knisley Pharmacy in Bainbridge and she was a member of the Bainbridge Senior Citizens.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Maple View Manor and the InCare Hospice.
Family and friends are asked to gather for a graveside service at 1 p.m. Friday, November 11, 2011 in the Bainbridge Cemetery with Rev. Charles Elliott officiating. No calling hours will be observed. The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
