Joanne Marie Reichert

Joanne Marie (Bossert) Reichert, 82, of Frankfort, went to be with her Lord and Saviour at 2a.m. on Monday, April 1, 2013. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 13, 1930 in Frankfort, the daughter of the late Harry and Helen (Orr) Bossert. On January 1, 1950, she married Frank A. Reichert Sr., who preceded her in death on November 28, 1996.

She is survived by two sons, Randy (Arlene) Reichert and Craig (Kim) Reichert all of Frankfort, two daughters, Debbie (Dan) Bennett of West Union, and Kris (Gary) Dudley of Frankfort. She had eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara (Bossert) Stafford of Englewood, and her best friend and sister-in-law, Phyllis Bossert, friends, Richard and Carol Bryant, and many loving and caring nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Kevin Michael and Frank "Andy" Reichert Jr., and two brothers, Harry and Richard Bossert.

Joanne was a 1949 graduate of Frankfort High School. She was a homemaker and worked on the family orchard. She was a member of Brookside Church for many years and helped with bulletins, card services and shut-in ministry. Joanne enjoyed playing cards and sitting out by the lake in the evenings with her family. She looked forward to the bi-annual "get-togethers" with her daughter Kris, sister Barbara, sister-in-law Phil, and nieces Candy Black and Tracy Maklowski.

Funeral service will be held at 11a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013 in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, FRANKFORT, with Reverend Jack Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 to 8p.m..
