John Lyle Free II

John Lyle Free, II passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 19, 2015 as a result of a vehicle accident. He was born October 1, 1980 in Chillicothe to John O. Free and Tina (Bennett) Barr.

He is survived by his wife Ginger Blankenship Free; daughter, Kara Shea Free; son, John Robert Free; stepdaughter, Hayley Cooper; father, John O. (Carla) Free; mother, Tina (Donald) Barr; brother, John Jason Free; sister, Linsey Free; grandmother, Rose Bennett; aunts, Bonnie Cawley, Kathy Stanley Mason, Konnie (Randy) Cross and Lori Bennett; nephew, Gavin Free and several cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, Ammy Bennett, Jr. and grandparents, John L. and Phyllis Free.

John was a Paint Valley Graduate and he was an over the road truck driver. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball and golf.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge. Burial will follow in the Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may visit with John's family from 11am until the time of service Tuesday.
