John B. McGhee

John B. McGhee 70 of Bainbridge died 10:36 pm Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at his home. He was born August 25, 1944 in Columbus the son of the late Raymond and Marjorie Kisor McGhee. On January 1, 1964 he married the former Elizabeth D. Lackey, who survives.

Also surviving are his children, Gloria (Chris) Dunseith, David (Deborah) McGhee, Joseph (Melissa) McGhee, Mark (Lori) McGhee, Matt McGhee and Elizabeth (Patrick) Butcher; grandchildren, Jonathon Neu, Jacquelyn Duvall, Jessica Lyons and Emma Butcher; siblings, Ruth (Joe) Pelfry, Mike (Sybil) McGhee, Donna (Ronald) Coyan, James McGhee, Gary (Pedra) McGhee, Jack (Gianella) McGhee and Brenda (Bob) Newkirk.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Neu and a brother, Donald McGhee.

John was a Navy Veteran of Vietnam and he retired from Ross Laboratories in Columbus.

A memorial service will be held 1 pm Saturday, October 11, 2014 at John's home.
