John Henry Templin

John H. Templin, 87, of Greenfield, died at 11:00 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2014 at St. Catherine's Manor, Washington Court House. He was born on July 29, 1926 in Pickaway county, the son of the late Harry and Nora Hill Templin. He married the former Ruth Adams and she preceded him in death on August 22, 2008
He is survived by his children; John Henry(Carol) Templin, Jr. of Wilmington, Ralph Templin of Washington Court House, Douglas (Kathy) Templin, Dennis (Teri) Templin both of Greenfield, Robert (Rita) Templin of Good Hope, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Melissa Lower, three brothers and two sisters.
John was a veteran of the United States Army and Army Air Corp. He attended the Good Hope United Methodist Church.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield. Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
