Junior Hie

Junior Lee Hie, 89 of Greenfield Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at the Adena Greenfield Medical Center. He was born on June 23, 1935, in Blanchester, Ohio, a son of the late Ralph and Rosanna Johnson Hie.

Junior worked on the farm growing up and developed his love of International Harvester and John Deere tractors. He moved to Greenfield Ohio and met the love of his life; Grace Lorene Meredith and she proceeds him in death. Junior worked for the US Shoe Factory in Greenfield until it closed.

Junior is survived by his niece, Denise Meredith of Englewood Ohio, two great nieces; Jami Hodapp of West Milton Ohio and Tara Walker of Greenfield Ohio, two great-great nephews; Nickolas Hodapp of West Milton Ohio and Cole Walker of Greenfield Ohio and one great - great niece; Sydnee Walker of Greenfield Ohio.

In keeping with Junior's request, no services will be held. He will be laid to rest beside his wife, Grace in Greenfield Cemetery. Junior and Grace, his parents and in-laws, are once again together.
