L. Harold Justice
L. Harold Justice, 78, of Chillicothe, died May 16, 2013 at his home. He was born on May 11, 1935 in Greenup County KY, the son of the late Everett and Ethel Hale Justice.
He is survived by his former wife, Marilyn McCune Justice and four children, Mark (Pam) Justice of Chillicothe, Mila (Cliff) Rowe of Frankfort, Dane Justice of Athens, and Kylee (Dan) Utt of Nashville TN. He had seven grandchildren and three great-grandsons. Also surviving are sisters; Irene (Walt) Garman, Faye (Roy) Hill, and Joyce (Charles) Grieves, along with several nieces and nephews.
Harold was a 1953 graduate of Frankfort High School, and attended Ohio University Chillicothe. He retired as a lab technician in 1992 after 35 years at Mead Central Research, where he held several patents for his work in paper technology.
He was a licensed pilot and an avid golfer, and much loved by his family and friends.
At his request, calling hours will not be observed, and a private service will be held by the family.
