Lisa K. Pittenger

Lisa K. Pittenger, 64, of Middletown, died on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Kettering Memorial Hospital. She was born on Monday, June 1, 1959, in Chillicothe, a daughter of Neil and Rosemary Rihl McCalla. On December 22, 1977, she married the love of her life, Kenny Pittenger, who survives.

In addition to her husband, Lisa is survived by her mother, Rosemary McCalla of Chillicothe, two children, Wade Pittenger and Paige Pittenger, both of Middletown, one grandchild, Britton Mullins, two sisters, Cheryl (Tom) McDonald and Kelly Gallaugher, both of Chillicothe, one brother, Jeff (Jennifer) McCalla of Chillicothe, numerous nieces and nephews, and her special dog, Bella. Lisa is preceded in death by her father, Neil, and a brother-in-law, Jeff Gallaugher.

Lisa was a 1977 graduate of Adena High School and retired from working at Burrows Paper Factory. She was a selfless individual who loved cooking, traveling and anything involving her family Lisa was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Reds.

In keeping with Lisa's wishes, cremation will take place, and no calling hours will be observed. Burial of Lisa's cremains in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, will be held at the convenience of the family.
