Margaret L. Byerly

Margaret L. Byerly, 78, of Frankfort, departed this life on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 to be with her Lord as family members held her hand. She was born on October 3, 1939 in Garrison, KY the daughter of the late  Paul and Dorothy Clark Hayslip. On December 21, 1956 she married Harold E. Byerly and he preceded her in death on December 30, 2000.

She is survived by her ten children; Virginia Webb of Columbus, Mary (Jeff) Ackley of Frankfort, Harold Leroy Byerly of Columbus, Cindy (Paul) Mayabb of London, Terry (Wanda) Byerly of London, Randy Byerly of Frankfort, Marilyn (Bruce) Moore of London, Perry Byerly of Columbus, Deborah (Patrick) Redding of New Holland, Robert Byerly of Frankfort, 18 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, one sister; Bonnie Hutchinson of California, three brothers; Bill Hayslip of Washington CH, Ed Hayslip of Newport, Jimmy Noble of Columbus. She was preceded in death by one grandson; Robert E. “Peanut” Byerly her sisters; Donna Roseberry, Mary Hutchinson and Wilma Knisley, her brother; Chet Alexander.

The Byerly family would like to thank the nursing staff and aids of the Valley View Alzheimer’s Care Center, especially Tawsha, Ashley, Sarah, and Mary.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11 AM in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, with Pastor Paul Winks officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends can visit with the Byerly family on Saturday, from 9AM until the time of the service.
