Margaret M. Marsh, 92, of Greenfield died at 12:01 a.m. Friday, March 29, 2013 at her home. She was born on July 1, 1920 in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of the late David and Margaret Elizabeth Leavia Bonner. She married Donald C. Marsh on July 24, 1945 and he preceded her in death on November 30, 2004.
She is survived by her five children; Thomas (Lalla) Marsh of Pensacola, FL, Mary Lou (Jim) Barnhart Richard L. Marsh, Bruce M. (Linda) Marsh all of Greenfield, Brian (Janette) Marsh of Hillsboro, eight grandchildren; Shane and Nathan Marsh, Julie Barnhart, Amanda Eten, Heather Rosales, Kyle Marsh, Brandon (Kristie) Marsh and Dustin (Kelly Smith) Marsh, twelve great grandchildren, one brother; David Bonner of Hamilton, and two sisters-in-law; Joanne Kennedy and Cathleen McCleery. She was preceded in death by two sisters; Mary Elizabeth Gundler and Eileen Allgaier.
Margaret was a loving wife and mother and had worked as secretary and bookkeeper at several offices in Greenfield. She was a graduate of Hamilton High School and was a member of St. Benignus Catholic Church in Greenfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon, Monday, April 1, 2013 at St. Benignus Catholic Church in Greenfield with Father Michael Paraniuk as celebrant. Burial will follow in St Joseph's Cemetery, Greenfield. In keeping with Margaret's wishes, calling hours will not be held. The ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield is serving the family.
