Marjorie (Micky) A. Glasgow, 91, of Frankfort, died at 6:45p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2013 at the Vineyards at Concord, Frankfort. She was born on March 26, 1922 in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late Carl and Edna Allen Eschenbach. Marjorie married Elmer Ray Glasgow on February 12, 1942 and they celebrated their 71st anniversary together just last year. Ray preceded her in death on January 14, 2013.

Surviving are her brother, Carl Eschenbach, her children, Kathy (Bahman) Lotfi of Arroyo Grande CA, Anita Glasgow of San Diego CA, Jeanne Glasgow of Nokomis FL, Debbie (Ken) Champagne of Chillicothe, Terry (Laurel) Glasgow of Las Vegas NV, grandchildren, Kamran Lotfi, Marjorie Gill, Eric Gallite, Brandon Gallite, Robin Gallite, Dana Esham, Jessica Glasgow, great-grandchildren, Peter, Madeleine, Florence, John, Carson, Mila, Lauren, Samantha, Eli. She was preceded in death by her sister, Kathryn Godfrey.

Marjorie was a graduate of Withrow High School, Cincinnati, Class of 1940. She was a member of the Frankfort Garden Club, and part of a Coffee Club group of ladies that met for many years. She enjoyed playing bridge, and she and Ray often played euchre at the Senior Citizens Center. She was an avid golfer and was even runner-up club champion at the Jaycee's. She liked to paint, sew, and dabbled in needlepoint, quilting, and other stitchery projects. She so loved music, that at the age of 80 she bought a flute, a ukulele, and starting taking piano lessons. Marjorie was an incredible mom and a very active grandmother. Family was so important to her and she especially loved the large family gatherings that happened frequently in her life.

In keeping with Marjorie's wishes, cremation will take place. Calling hours will not be held, but a memorial service will be held at 11:00a.m., Saturday, April 13, 2013, for friends and family at Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort. Burial of the cremains will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort.
