Marvin E. Justice, Sr.

Marvin E. Justice, Sr., 79, of Frankfort, passed away at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Legacy Chillicothe Skilled Nursing Facility. He was born on Monday, June 21, 1943, in Vinton County, a son of the late Richard and Lucille Wilson Justice. Marvin is survived by his wife, the former Betty E. Sims, who he married on December 21, 1963.

Also surviving are their four children: Marvin Jr, (Sara) Justice of Chillicothe, Melissa Justice (Ralph Reisinger) of Clarksburg, Eric (Stephanie) Justice of Chillicothe and Opal (Chris) Weller of Greenbrier, TN, thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great - grandchildren, one sister, Edith Hawkins of Frankfort, one brother, Ray Justice of Clarksburg. He was preceded in death by one grandson, one great - granddaughter and two brothers, Harland and Ralph Justice.

Marvin was a 1962 graduate of Clarksburg High School. He was a welder and retired from Wasserstrom Co. in Columbus. He loved to fish, deer hunt and playing golf.

A funeral service for Marvin will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 1 p.m., in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, with Rev. Leonard Roop officiating. Burial will follow in Brown's Chapel Cemetery, Clarksburg.
