Mary Marcella Yoakem

Mary Marcella Yoakem 84 of Chillicothe passed from this life Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born June 27, 1932 in Ross County the daughter of the late Virgil and Esther Yoakum Long. Her husband Robert Yoakem preceded her in death in 1989.

She is survived by her children, Peggy R. (John) Fellenstein of Clarksburg, Robert Lyn Yoakem of Greenfield and Bill (Stephanie) Yoakem of Chillicothe; 14 grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren; sister, Linda (Roger) Wagner; brother, James (Kittty) Long; daughter-in-law, Barbara Yoakem and her friend, Dorothy McCorkle.

In addition to her parents and husband Marcella was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Yoakem.

Marcella retired from Mead and she enjoyed walking, cleaning house, cooking, playing cards and word finds.

In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place and there will be no services or calling hours observed.  The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
