Melissa Dawn Lutz, 32, of Frankfort, died Saturday morning, July 21, 2012 at her home. She was born on Sept 19, 1979 in Portsmouth, the daughter of Troy and Marie Johnson Adkins.
She is survived by her parents; Troy and Marie Adkins, her husband; Brian Lutz, children; Dixie Ann Lutz, Braedon Michael Lutz, both at home, sisters; Dona Marie Adkins of Chillicothe, Jillian Renee Adkins of Frankfort, paternal grandmother; Marilyn Adkins of Portsmouth. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; Dixie and George Johnson, and paternal grandfather; Henry Adkins.
Melissa was a 1997 graduate of Adena High School.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
