Michael Lee Gillenwater

Michael Lee Gillenwater 60, of Greenfield died unexpectedly Tuesday April 29th, 2014 at his residence. He was born March 30th, 1954 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Robert and Joyce O'Brien Gillenwater. On September 26th, 1992 he married the former Carla Jinks who survives.
Also surviving is his mother Joyce Gillenwater of Greenfield, three daughters: Danielle Coleman of Washington Court House, Megan Garrison of Springfield, Ohio and Mindy Jenkins of Greenfield, 6 grand-children: Lafe, Aniston and Elias Coleman, Abigail and Aidan Gross, Tristin Jenkins, two sisters: Heather Butcher and Mary Gillenwater both of Greenfield, one brother: Lenny Gillenwater of Greenfield, one nephew: Chase Michael Gillenwater, one neice: Chasity Gillenwater. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Gillwater, two brothers: Kerry and Dale Gillenwater and one nephew: Lamar Gillenwater.
Mike was a 1974 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School and was a United States Air Force Veteran. He had worked as a painter for several years.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm Tuesday May 6, 2014 in the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield with Rev. Lamar Colley officiating. Friends may gather at the funeral home beginning at noon on Tuesday until the time of the service.
